This Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Neo will come with 7 inch display, 1024×600 pixel resolution, 1.2 GHz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM & Android 4.2 Jelly Bean powered OS. It has a 8 GB internal & expandable 32 GB micro SD slot memory.
